Magcore.dll not found

When encoding a Video DVD or adding a video file you can get an error reporting Magcore.dll is not found

Magcore.dll is part of ArcSoft's TotalMedia Extreme, TotalMedia Theatre

This error happens because of the design of the application and the search paths.

To resolve either
1. copy magcore.dll from your ArcSoft installation folder to Windows/System32 folder
2. In Express Burn go to Option and select 'Use FFMPEG First...'
