Can I burn a movie edited with VideoPad and retain chapters when using Express Burn?

Yes. VideoPad can burn DVDs but if you wish to use ExpressBurn instead, save the output in VideoPad as an image file (.ISO). Use the Burn Image to disc option in Express Burn and then burn to DVD
