Important information when upgrading from v 3.xx

In this instance you must delete version 3.xx before installing version 4.xx
Exit any running instances of Express Delegate. When asked if it should continue running in the background, click "No". Now uninstall the old version of Express Delegate either through Control Panel > Add Remove Programs or through C:\Program Files\NCH Software\Delegate and run the unstall.exe
