Can't upload from client with Agnitum Outpost Firewall Pro installed

When trying to upload a dictation to an Express Delegate server from a machine with Agnitum Outpost Firewall Pro installed, the upload always fails. Disabling the firewall does not resolve the problem.

Agnitum Outpost Firewall Pro is not compatible with Express Delegate clients such as Express Dictate. Disabling the firewall does not resolve the problem. Unfortunately, the only known workaround is to uninstall Output Firewall Pro and reboot.
