Will Express Dial dial the next number in a list automatically, skip bad numbers, and continue through the list?

Phone lists are a list of phone numbers that will be sequentially dialed so that the user of Express Dial can talk to each person in turn.  This mode is not intended for unattended operation - there must be a person present to talk and choose to hangup.
