Items Regarding DTMF Receiving
Following key items(under ShConfig.ini) may affect DTMF receiving:
1.ReceiveDtmfSensitive=3
Zone:0x10~0x66
Suggested Value: ReiveDtmfSensitive=0x23

2.DtmfEnergy=0
Suggested Value: DtmfEnergy=500

3. HighAndLowFreqEnScale && DualAndAllFreqEnScale
a.8-port analog board
HighAndLowFreqEnScale=10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10
Each unit for one port.
Zone:0~100.

DualAndAllFreqEnScale=12,12,12,12,12,12,12,12
Each unit for one port.
Zone:0~100.

b.16-port analog board
HighAndLowFreqEnScale=10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10
Each unit for one port.
Zone:0~100.

DualAndAllFreqEnScale=12,12,12,12,12,12,12,12,12,12,12,12,12,12,12,12

4. Suggestion
If the board is misdetecting DTMF,just raise the items.firstly you shall try DualAndAllFreqEnScale and then as well as others.
If the board is missing DTMF,just low down the items,firstly you shall try DualAndAllFreqEnScale and then as well as others.
