How difficult is it to "set-up" Dial Dictate?

Dial Dictate comes with a call simulator which greatly simplifies the set-up process.  The system comes installed as-is with default voice prompts and key assignments. The main set-up involves:

1. Re-record the voice prompts for your language or dialect or just preferred phrasing.
2. Register users.  A default user comes already set-up with an access code of 0
