Can DTMF processing be used with Dial Dictate through a PBX?

PBX's often filter out DTMF tones but this is highly dependant on the PBX.  Some work just fine and others can result in poor detection results.  In some cases the DTMF tones are completely filtered.  Because Dial Dictate's menu actions are dependent upon accurate DTMF tone detection, it is essential that the PBX passes DTMF tones on without changing them.
