Files sent from Express Dictate by email are too large.

Dictation files sent from Express Dictate by email may be sent as a single file attachment, or the dictation file can be split into multiple smaller file portions if the file is too large for successful transmission as a single attachment to one email.

Select Options -> Recipient Send Settings from the Express Dictate menu bar.  Open the Properties for the particular typist recipient of the dictation.  In the Send Method section of the Recipient tab of Properties you will find the option "Automatically split the file if greater than (MB)".  Specify the maximum file attachment size above which the dictation file will be split into two or more sequential parts.  Specify a file size that is below the maximum file attachment size that the receiving mail server will accept (the default size is 1.5MB).
