Files sent from Express Dictate via the Internet are too large.

The person creating and sending the dictation should select an audio compression format to reduce the file size so files upload faster.  To do this from Express Dictate select Options -> Recipient Send Settings from the menu bar.  Open the Properties for the particular typist recipient, click the "Select Audio Compression Format" button, and then select a suitable Format.  We recommend GSM6.10 as the preferred compression format.

As a practical measure if you are sending files by internet over a slow connection, break up your dictation into smaller parts and send each as you finish them.
