Unable to locate MSVCR80.dll when loading DSS files

When loading a DSS file, you may see an error dialog with a message like the following:

Unable To Locate DLL: The dynamic link library MSVCR80.dll could not be found in the specified path.

To install MSVCR80.dll, please download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package from the Microsoft Download Center.
