How do I know if my telephone system will work with IMS?

Almost all modern telephone systems have the MOH port and cable required to use IMS .   If you have anything else connected on-hold at the moment then IMS will almost certainly work.
We strongly recommend you download and test our software with your system before purchasing.
If you are in doubt after downloading - call your telephone system supplier and ask if the system you have has a MOH socket for on-hold.
