- Generic On-Hold Messages
Short messages to play infrequently to remind the caller that they have not been forgotten: "Thank you for calling..." (etc). These messages can be used on their own or with other user recorded messages.

These are audio presentations produced for specific types of business. Once you have loaded the file, you can select from a list of messages to create your own free tailored on-hold presentation.
