Can IVM transfer calls from Voice Over IP (VoIP) lines?A VoIP call can be transferred to another VoIP number with no difficulty. IVM does not directly support transferring VoIP calls to PSTN numbers. Many VoIP providers support a normal pay feature where you can transfer to PSTN number but this still goes through the VoIP lines. You need to check with your VoIP provider for details.
