Can I use IVM on a digital (ADSL) line?

An ADSL line can carry data and telephony at the same time.  You cannot use the ADSL modem with IVM to receive or make calls as these modems provide network connectivity (i.e. data only) and cannot be used for normal phone calls.
You can install a separate TAPI compliant Voice modem/telephony board and connect to your phone line (using a splitter and an ADSL filter).
You can use IVM without the modem/board but you would need to use SIP based Internet Telephony.
