Can IVM send a message to a pager after the call has been recorded?

No, these are not supported as yet. However, the Send to Email option in Mailbox Properties can be used to send email notifications by SMS or a paging service. You need to use an email->SMS gateway (eg. www.kapow.co.uk). Change the subject and template text using the email settings as required by your email->SMS gateway.
