Will Caller ID be displayed in IVM when using PBx?

In most cases it will not.  Many PBX's filter out Caller ID/Name information.  This can normally be resolved by by-passing the PBX and connecting IVM to an external/analogue line.
VoIP calls using our Axon virtual PBX will list Caller ID and Caller Name information.
