Can IVM transfer calls?

IVM can transfer calls if your PBX or telephone line supports call transfer using a flash-dial-sequence.  Most PBX support regular analog extensions with flash dial transfer (contact your PBX supplier for more information).  If you are using a telephone line directly, your telephone company can offer similar features (eg. Telstra's Business Links) service.  IVM can also simulate call transfers using the 3 way call feature.

IVM cannot transfer calls to a different line 'through' the computer.
