Can IVM transfer calls from Voice Over IP (VoIP) lines?

A VoIP call can be transferred to another VoIP number with no difficulty.  IVM does not directly support transferring VoIP calls to PSTN numbers.  Many VoIP providers support a normal pay feature where you can transfer to PSTN number but this still goes through the VoIP lines.  You need to check with your VoIP provider for details.
