Can IVM transfer calls from Voice Over IP (VoIP) to PSTN?

IVM does not directly support transferring VoIP calls to PSTN numbers.  Many VoIP providers support a normally pay feature where you can transfer to PSTN number but this still goes through the VoIP lines.  You need to check with your VoIP provider for details.
