Can IVM and VRS run on the same computer?

IVM and VRS cannot use the same phone line at the same time.  If your require call recording of a call via IVM you will need to setup a parallel or tap line and connect it to a separate voice modem or port in your telephony card.  You can then have VRS monitor that line.  Remember that IVM cannot be answering the tap line but can handle the original line.
