I select a mailbox message and try to use the option to 'Edit with WavePad' and nothing happens

This normally indicates that the installation of Wavepad is faulty of out of date.   Please un-install Wavepad and reinstall it.   If this still does not work you will need to upgrade Wavepad to the latest release from our web site.
