Compressing mailbox wav files

If the mailbox wav files sent or uploaded are too large, using the Transfer / Record tab click "Set Audio Compression Format".  A number of codecs can be selected. See www.nch.com.au/acm for a guide.  The recommended format for voice mailbox messages is GSM6.10.
Note: file compression is only applied when the mailbox messages are emailed or uploaded.  The files on the local hard drive will not be compressed unless the are sent.
