First off you need to register with a SMS Gateway service. These are online services the will forward SMS messages to mobile phones. Generally these are commercial and you have to pay for each message. Some services are:

There are many others, try searching using your preferred search engine for SMS Gateway
1) IVM Setup
Under Mailbox Properties check Send To Email. Remove all the other ticks (ie do not send the audio). Click on Email Settings. For the services listed below set the Subject, Body and email address as listed.
2) EyeLine Setup
Under Options > Motion, select 'Email motion detection notifications'. Click on Email Settings. For the services listed below set the Subject, Body and email address as listed.
