Prism is not converting the IFO or the BUP files in the VIDEO_TS Folder.

ifo (dvd infomation) files contains various scene and timing info.

.bup (dvd info backup) files are simply a backup of the ifo file.

Both these file types contain no video/ audio data and hence cannot be opened by Prism or converted to a video file.
