Unable to Record
The video capture device must be set up correctly in Debut. If your device is not included in the list of video devices then you will need to install the required device driver.
Is the video image from the camera showing when you open Debut?
If it isn't, check that you have selected the correct device in Debut's Option settings.
- Click on the Options button on the Debut window's toolbar
- Go to the "Devices" tab in Options
- Make sure that "Video Device" is selected
- Choose the device that you are using from the drop-down list.
If your hardware doesn't appear on the list you will need to install the driver for that device from either the CD or the manufacturers website.
