What Is call Park? Is call parking feature available in Axon?

The call park function allows you to place the current call on a holding extension, which then can be picked up from any phone in the network by accessing that same extension.

The call park feature is not a function of Axon. It is a feature of the end device, such as your IP phone. There are a few models available with this feature, such as, the Linksys SPA9XX IP phone. It may work with other IP phones that use similar SIP signaling as well.
