When you click on an item in the list you can work with it in a little more detail. The controls in this window are described as follows:
| Navigation |
| You can use these arrows at the top to navigate between the dictations in the list. |
| Add New |
| Press the Plus button to create a new dictation. |
| Delete |
| Press the Delete button to dispose of the current dictation. |
| Send |
| Press the Send button to email the current dictation. |
| Options |
| Press the Options button to open the options dialog with many useful settings that you can adjust. |
| Player / Recorder Controls |
| Use these controls to play, record, stop, rewind, forward, seek to the beginning and end of the dictation. Use the trackbar to move across the audio as well. |
| Record Position |
| Select the position you want the recording to start at and how it will record. Selecting "End" will append when recording to the current dictation. Selecting "Insert" will insert your recording at the seek position you have on the trackbar. Selecting "Overwrite" will overwrite your recording at the position of the trackbar. Lastly, selecting "New" will erase the current dictation and record the new audio. |
| Dictation Priority |
| Select the priority level for the current dictation. |
