Main List screen is where you view saved dictations and listen to them. You can also start a new dictation, edit and delete dictations from here.
Within the window you will see a number of controls. These controls are as follows:
| Add New |
| Press the Plus button to begin a new, blank dictation. |
| Delete |
| Press the Delete button to delete the dictations in the list that you have checked. |
| Send |
| Press the Send button to send the dictations in the list that you have checked. |
| Options |
| Press the Options button to open the options dialog with many useful settings that you can adjust. |
| Play Dictation |
| When you have one or more dictations in the list you will see this play button next to them. Press it to play the dictation and press it again to stop playing. |
| Editing |
| You can also click an item in the list to add to the recording, change its priority, and do other things with it. |
