SoundTap doesn't record any streaming audio

Check that the default sound devices are set correctly:

1. Ensure SoundTap is running.
2. Click Start -> Control Panel.
3. Open Sounds and Audio Devices.
4. Select the Audio tab.
5. Ensure that the default device for Sound playback is set to SoundTap Recorder.
6. Close the control panel.
7. Restart SoundTap and try again.

If your sound devices have been set correctly and you are still unable to record an audio stream, please check that you are starting SoundTap before you are starting your audio stream.

1. Shutdown all applications
2. Start SoundTap
3. Start your audio application
4. Start your audio stream

Please note that if you are using a web browser such as Internet Explorer to play an audio stream such as internet radio then you will need to start SoundTap before you start the web browser.
