I've forwarded the right ports on my router but I can't get BroadWave to work

Do you have firewalls on your PC and/or router? Are you using your public IP address to test? When you type in the address into a browser it should look something like http://233.33.33.456:85

On the computer hosting BroadWave go to Start -> Run -> cmd
Type at the prompt:
>ipconfig

You should see the following:
IP Address...
Subnet Mask...
Default Gateway...

Take the address that is associated with Default Gateway and paste it into your browser, which will take you to your router. When you are in to your router set up port 85 to forward to the IP Address listed in ipconfig then test.
