I have a Mac OS and every time I convert a file the Switch program crashes

There are some compatibility issue with the most recent version of Flip4Mac.
You can revert to the previous build of Flip4Mac by running the uninstaller located in Applications/Flip4Mac then go here to download version 2.2.3.7:

Then repeat the conversion and the software will convert the file successfully.
