Switch will not open / play my file(s) properly

Are you are using a file format compatible with the Switch Sound Format Converter?   You can find a list of compatible files for your Operating System on the Frequently Asked Questions page.

Check that you have the correct sound card selected in the Switch Converter settings.

Check that your sound card is operating properly by playing an audio file using Windows Media Player.
