Please Note: Many providers will give you an option to download their own branded version of Express Talk or other softphone. We recommend you use the standard Express Talk version from the Express Talk Softphone Download Page to avoid being locked into a single provider, so you will be free to assign different providers to different lines, or change services later. If you have already downloaded Express Talk softphone there is no need to download the softphone again after signup.

Free PC to PC SIP Service Providers
The following SIP service providers allow you to make free, worldwide calls using Express Talk and our other VoIP software.
Most of these companies can offer free PC-to-PC calls because they make their money from providing PC-to-Phone connection services.

PC to Landline SIP Service Providers
These providers offer a gateway service that allows you to make and receive calls from traditional analog telephone numbers. There are normally fees for this service but they tend to be cheaper than those from the phone company.
When choosing a provider, it is usually better to pick one who offers service specifically in your area, but if you are calling a particular country a significant amount, choosing a provider from that country can potentially further reduce your costs.
