The recipient is not receiving the Vemail attachment
Your virus scan or their virus scan may be removing the attachment or one or both of your email settings may be removing it.
1. First, check to see if this is a problem with your own mail configured options by sending one to your own address. If you do not receive the attachment, disable your virus scan and firewall temporarily and Try sending again. If you still do not receive any attachment then you will need to look at your email attachment settings and also check what programs are allowed to send emails. You may have accidently blocked Vemail .
2. Once you are certain it will send to your own address, ask your recipient to check their virus scanning settings and any other email scanners/blockers that they have setup. Check what format they allow attachments in.
