Can verbose speak in languages other than English?

The voice synthesis in Verbose is handled by the SAPI voices installed. There are foreign versions of voices for accent and for correct pronunciation available for download here . This is also handled by the speech engine installed. So for the spoken language if you buy an appropriate voice it should work correctly with Verbose. The user interface though is only in English.
