Why can't I open my m4a file?
Some m4a files open, but some don't. Why is that?
m4a is an extension created by Apple. It is known as a container format. The audio inside the m4a file may be encoded a variety of different ways. If WavePad complains about your m4a file, it means that WavePad does not support the internal format of the file.
