Why can't I open my m4a file?
Some m4a files will open, however, some m4a files will not open. Why is that?
The file type m4a is an extension created by Apple. It is known as a container format. The audio inside the m4a file may be encoded in a variety of different ways. If WavePad will not open your m4a file, it means that WavePad does not support the internal format of the file.
