How do you set WavePad Sound Editor to be the default audio player on a computer?

Click any one of the audio file -> Right Click -> Properties -> Click "Change..." button -> Select "WavePad" from the list (If the program is not in the list then use "Browse" button to locate the file -> Click "Ok" button to save.
