I cannot save as mp3 files under Windows Vista.

This is a Vista issue we will attempt to fix in the next Wavepad release.

A workaround is to copy the "C:\Program Files\NCH Swift Sound\Components\mp3el" directory from a machine running windows XP to your Vista machine. Say yes to the Vista prompt asking if you trust the file, then it will ask you to run it again as Administrator.
