Why does Dial Dictate not disconnect a call if a client hangs up their phone without pressing 9 to disconnect?When using CALLURL boards and if you have a phone company enable ‘Loop Current Drop’ then you need to have ‘Loop Current Drop’ connection enabled through CALLURL diagnostics ‘DIAG32’, then Dial Dictate will recognize the hang up.
