How to delete dictations from your PC? (Alternate way)

Go to C:\ProgramData\NCH Swift Sound\DialDictate\Users -> Open User's folder and delete the recordings. The user's "Dictator ID" is using as the folder name.
if you are unable to see the ProgramData directory then you need to go into 'Folder options'>View and check 'Show hidden files and folders'
