My dictations are broken into parts

You may have your settings set to allow a maximum file size for email.

To decrease the file size, try using a the GSM 6.10 Compression Codec

To turn off the autosplit feature for large files, follow these steps:

1. Click the Options button on the toolbar
2. Go to the Sending tab
3. Select the recipient
   • If you have multiple recipients, you will need to follow these steps for each one
4. Click the Properties button
5. Go to the Send Method tab
6. Deselect the checkbox next to Automatically split the file if greater than (MB):
   • If you still want to be able to email dictations, you can try increasing the file size, most email services will allow attachments up to 10 MB.
7. Click the OK button to save your changes
