When docking Olympus DSS files Express Dictate crashes

We have not been able to repeat this problem but it has been reported by some users.

Users who have experienced this problem have solved it by uninstalling both the Olympus software and the Express Dictate software, then reinstalling them in the reverse order.

• For example, if initially, you installed the Olympus software, then the Express Dictate software, after uninstalling both applications, install Express Dictate, then the Olympus software.
