Setting up Email settings in Express Dictate to send files

There is a wizard which helps you set up both your recipient emails and your email. Please follow these directions:

1. Click the Options button on the toolbar
2. Go to the Sending tab
3. Click the Create button
4. Enter the Recipient
5. Click the Next button
6. Enter the recipient email in the Destination to: textbox
7. Click the Email Settings button
8. Enter your email information
9. Click the OK button
10. Enter an email address in the Test email textbox
    • We recommend using your own email address for the test
11. Click the Send test email button
12. Click the Next button after the test email is successfully sent
13. Use the defaults or select new format properties
14. Click the Finish button
