Output Format

Select WebP output format from the pulldown menu on the main window and then click on File Options to select your WebP Video Encoding Settings.

Compression Mode:

You can choose either Lossy or Lossless compression to encode the output image. Lossy compression uses the values in neighboring blocks of pixels to predict the values in a block, and then encodes only the difference. Lossless compression uses existing image fragments to accurately reconstruct the new pixels for the output image. Note that lossless compression generates larger file sizes than lossy compression.

Video Quality:

The image reproduction quality level. Moving the slider toward the right or increasing the quality value (the same thing) increases the image quality and the file size of the output. Doing the opposite decreases the quality of the output and decreases the size of the output file..
