Switch will not open or play my file(s) properly

Please try the following:

1. Check the list of compatible files for your Operating System on the Switch Supported File Formats page.
2. Check that you have the correct sound card selected in the Switch Converter settings.
3. Check that your sound card is operating properly by playing an audio file using Windows Media Player.
4. Go to the Sound File Formats Technical Support Page for additional information.
