How do I remove wind from an audio recording with WavePad?

While you will not be able to eliminate the sound of wind completely from a recording, you can minimize it.

1. Click the Cleanup button on the Effects tab toolbar
2. Select Noise Reduction from the submenu
3. Select Multi-band noise gating from the Noise Reduction submenu
• We recommend using -40dB to -30dB for the Noise Gate Level
