How to reduce or remove high and low frequencies?

You can use the Band-Pass Filter to achieve this. Here's how:

1. Open WavePad.
2. Go to Effects > Cleanup > Band-Pass Filter.
3. Set the Bottom and Top frequencies to define the desired range.
4. Click Apply to finalize the changes.
