I cannot access the software's Help under Windows Vista

In earlier versions of MSRS, help was supplied in the ".hlp" file format. To view ".hlp" file format on Microsoft Windows Vista you will need to download and install the following update from Microsoft:

Windows Help program (WinHlp32.exe) for Windows Vista

Alternatively, you can upgrade to a more recent version of MSRS, which supplies help in the ".html" file format, viewable on Windows Vista without the above update.
