Dialed DTMF digits are not logged

Check you have ticked "Detect and Log DTMF Tones" from Settings -> Recording.

If, with this option ticked, digits are not logged or some digits are missing, it normally means your record level is too low. Increase the record level for the Channel (the level meters should just touch into the red in loud parts when you have the level set right).

Note: VRS can only log tone dialed digits (DTMF) not the older style pulse dialing.
